Looking for cashmere jumpers
It’s my mum’s birthday quite soon, so I’ve been looking for cashmere jumpers that I can buy her as gifts. She’s always loved cashmere, so I know she’d like a new cashmere jumper, but finding a good one that isn’t too expensive has proved to be harder than I thought.
She’s always told me that Scottish cashmere is the very best, so I haven’t really looked at any other kind. Apparently, you can get cheaper cashmere clothing from elsewhere, but my mum has drilled it into me that this is a false economy as they don’t have the same quality of finish and so don’t last as long as Scottish cashmere.

If youre venturing into the great outdoors this weekend, you need to make sure youre dressed for the occasion. When youre in a rural location, you cant just pop into the local store to buy a scarf to keep the chilly wind at bay. And if youre left feeling cold and miserable, the few hours you spend there will seem more like days.

Lambswool jumpers are not just for winter!
You might think that lambswool jumpers are confined to a winter wardrobe. Well you would be wrong!
The biggest advantage to lambswool, and the reason why it can be worn all year round, is that it is a breathable material. It will keep you warm and snug in cold winds, but will also keep you cool in summer by keeping moisture away from your body.
Although it can be more expensive, think of lambswool clothing as investment purchases which you will get lots of wear out of year in year out.

Looking for the best price on clothes for tall girls
The wife has Christmas money to spend which can only mean one thing – she’ll be hitting the shops.
Shopping can, however, be particularly tough for her as she need to look for clothes for tall girls. That limits her choice somewhat – especially in the sales when she finds the range of sizes inadequate.
That’s why I’m trying to sway her in to doing her shopping at home. Not only is it warmer and not as busy but often the prices are cheaper and selection of suitable sizes greater.
It is also easier to quickly compare prices for the same garments but from different suppliers.
